The SAP Sales Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of sales processes within the S4 HANA framework. How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping
Collaborate with business process owners to define and map sales processes, aligning them with business objectives and best practices.
Global Template Development
Lead the design and configuration of SAP Sales module to support order management, sales planning, and customer engagement.
Integration Management
Ensure seamless integration of SAP Sales with other SAP modules, including FI, CO, and MM for comprehensive sales management.
Data Migration
Oversee the migration of sales-related data from ECC 6 to S4 HANA, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
Testing and Validation
Develop and execute testing strategies for sales processes, validating functionality against business requirements.
Training and Documentation
Provide training to end-users and document sales processes and configurations for operational continuity.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with stakeholders to communicate project objectives, gather requirements, and address concerns during the implementation phase.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements leveraging S4 HANA capabilities.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Key Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. SAP Sales Certification is a plus.
Experience
12-15 years of experience in SAP Sales module with at least two full-cycle implementations. Experience in global rollouts is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in SAP Sales module, with knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, and MM.
Sales Management Skills
Proven experience in sales management processes and methodologies, including order-to-cash and customer relationship management.
Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels, translating complex requirements into actionable tasks.
Analytical Skills
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve logistics processes while meeting business objectives.
SAP Tools
Familiarity with SAP tools like SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, and reporting tools relevant to logistics.
Preferred Skills
S4 HANA Sales
Experience with S4 HANA sales capabilities, including real-time data analytics and advanced reporting functions.
SAP Activate Methodology
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology for project implementation and management.
Customer Engagement
Knowledge of best practices in customer engagement and relationship management within SAP.
Reporting and Analytics
Proficiency in using SAP analytics tools for sales performance reporting and decision-making.
