You will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence. We ask that you have a good understanding and exposure in SAP modules around EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and its integration with other modules such as SD (Dangerous Goods) PP. You will have a dual purpose of leading small projects and long-term support which will includes hands-on resolution of incidents, system enhancement requests, and project support in both SAP S/4 and ECC. You will report to SAP CoE Operations D2R Lead, APAC
Key Responsibilities

You will build knowledge of the SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning

You will build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders.

You will need to quickly develop good understanding of product stewardship, product safety, DG (Dangerous Goods), labelling requirement and operation across the region (within 3 months).

You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is observed as closely as possible.

You will gather and analyze business requirements for improvements and implement business solutions based on validated user requirements, following SAP standard and to the PPG SAP S/4 Global template.

You will develop and support knowledge transfer documentations and process
Qualifications
-
You’ll need to have a Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Chemistry or another business-related field is required.

Excellent communication skills and technical writing
-
Min 1-3 years’ experience with process knowledge of Material Management (MM) or Production Planning (PP), especially in label designing and printing and its integration with other modules such as SD, MM and PP

Related working experience in SAP support environment and SAP project implementation in MM or PP
-
Broad analytical and technical skills to isolate problems, assess their criticality, identify solutions, and implement complete solutions

Soft skills in coaching junior business analyst will be an advantage Preferred requirements with knowledge or experience with the following:

Related working experience in SAP support environment and SAP project implementation in Manufacturing/label printing

Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents

Experience working in an international/virtual/geographically distributed team
