RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong software product lifecycle management in the BW Reporting and Analytics space with hands on experience on SAP HANA and other new generation cloud technologies
• Design and develop a HANA based BI solution that utilizes SAP BW, HANA Views, Predictive Analytics Library
• Create HANA Views, Stored Procedure as per guidelines
• Work in HANA Studio to build predictive models and advance analytical algorithms
• Hands on experience on APO & ECC extractors incl. creation of custom extractors and a thorough knowledge on APO & ECC tables
• Create pipes / queries that enable automatic pulls
• Knowledge of BI and Analytical tools such as SAP Lumira, Tableau, Power BI etc
• Strong knowledge and capability to lead requirement gathering sessions, solutions design and blue printing to design and develop analytical solutions
• Detailed knowledge of reporting and Analytics in the following SAP process areas Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounts Payables, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance and Sales and Distribution
• Must have SAP solution and Project Leadership and Analyst experience in at least 4 full cycle implementations as a Lead
• Very good communication skills to interact with all levels of user base including senior management
• Define, instigate, support, and implement a strong and controlled solution development methodology
• Maximize team performance through effective planning and management

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in building and delivering BI solutions using SAP BW & HANA
• Minimum 2-3 full-life cycle implementations experience covering all major areas of SAP BI
• A very thorough understanding of BW & HANA architecture
• Hands on exp in SAP BW 7.3/7.4 (BW on HANA) and BW4HANA is added advantage
• Experience in BW ABAP and creation of Custom extractors using ABAP, CDS views
• Hands-on experience in building dashboards, reports using Design Studio/Lumira is a plus.
• Good understanding of cloud based BI solutions (SAC, Tableau, Power BI)
• Should have capability to design the analysis, as well as drive its usage and prove value to the business
• Should have influenced decision making by presenting recommendations/ insights

EDUCATION:

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
