Responsibilities

Operation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA, Solution Manager)

Execution of upgrades, updates, kernel updates, and HANA database updates
-
Administration of SAP HANA, including performance analysis and troubleshooting
-
Implementation of SAP security & compliance (SNC, authorizations, encryption)
-
Integration and operation of SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, and RISE with SAP
-
Analysis and optimization of EarlyWatch Alerts (EWA) and system monitoring
-
Support for S/4HANA migrations and release upgrades
-
Development in cross-SAP areas and automation of (SAP) system provisioning and related operational processes (DevOps)
Profile
-
Proven knowledge and experience in SAP Basis operations (including upgrades, database management, and performance tuning)

Expertise in SAP BTP, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and hybrid architectures
-
Experience with SNC, Cloud Connector, and SAP security is an advantage
-
Strong analytical skills and interest in new SAP technologies
-
Ability to work independently, self-organized, and result-oriented

Strong communication skills (fluent English, German optional)

SAP certification in one of the areas mentioned above is desirable
-
Experience with automation tools and technologies (Git, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.) is an advantage
-
Familiarity with modern/agile working methodologies (Scrum, OKR, etc.) is recommended

Ideally, experience and expertise in the DevOps field
