RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to ensure high-quality code and functionality.
- Develop, revise, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts based on predetermined requirements.
- Execute test plans, log defects with severity ratings, and recommend solutions to the development team.
- Retest software corrections to ensure defects are resolved.
- Drive continual process improvements in testing procedures for future replication.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality assurance.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce QA or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Requirements:
- Salesforce certification(s).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
