8 + IT Experience with minimum 2 + Salesforce project management with the ability to lead risks, People Management, Change management, and training methods.

4 +years of working experience in Managing Salesforce end-to-end implementation Project.

Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of high-quality cloud solutions.

Experience working within an established PMO process.

Ability to create and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents
-
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, other) including Deployment/Packaging effectively.

Familiar with running discovery workshops and applying design thinking techniques.

Proven experience in implementing solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud & Lightning, Health Cloud.

Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.

Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing sessions. Review deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client.

Provides mentoring, guidance, and general care and feeding to project team members, including offshore team members.

Good to have integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.

Provide best practice Consulting, Implementation, Classic to Lightning Migration, and data migration projects.

Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment. Ensure effective use of project management software and tools.

Managing all Customer interactions, customer meetings, communications, and responsible for CSAT

CSM certification is MUST.

PMP / Prince2 added advantage.
