Role: Salesforce Project Manager

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $75 - $125 per hour (W2/1099)
  • Full-Time Salary Range: $125,000-$165,000 (W2), inclusive of total compensation
  • Location: US remote; must be available to work in EST time zone
  • Roles Available: CTH, W2, and 1099
  • No sponsorship for non-US citizens at this time

Requirements
  • Proven Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale (enterprise-level) Salesforce projects, including coordination with both internal and offshore teams.
  • Salesforce Professional or Managed Services Experience: Must have experience in Salesforce professional or managed services.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Capacity for informed, data-driven decision-making to effectively progress project teams.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Jira and PM Tools Proficiency: Extensive experience with Jira and other project management tools.
  • Commitment to Follow-Through: Demonstrated ability to complete tasks, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Travel: There will be a need to travel to client sites across the US.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a Salesforce environment, with a track record of successful large-scale (enterprise-level) technical implementations.
  • Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Leadership:
    • Direct and manage end-to-end project development, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Data-Driven Management:
    • Utilize analytics to guide decision-making, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals. Implement a results-based approach to monitor and optimize project performance.
  • Expert Communication and Documentation:
    • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation for effective knowledge transfer and future reference.
  • Tactical Task Coordination:
    • Delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel using Jira, Slack, Teams, Outlook, Gmail, and other tools. Plan, schedule, and track project tasks, timelines, and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Resource and Financial Management:
    • Estimate, allocate, and administer project budgets and resources. Provide regular financial performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Guarantee that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement continuous improvement and risk management processes.
  • Team Development and Mentoring:
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project teams. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
