Responsibilities:
- Manage a team, delegate tasks, ensure that the team is within project schedule, ensure completion of expected deliverables, able to handle and escalate issues
- Design and develop dynamic, secure, high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, for the healthcare industry.
- Create Data Dictionaries
- Generate application flow charts and technical documentation
- Defining technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applications
- Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment
- Perform unit and integration testing
- Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications
Qualifications:
- Leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication skills (minimum 3 years of leadership experience)
- Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge and experience (minimum 4 years of Salesforce Administration)
- Salesforce development (minimum 1 year of experience with Apex)
- SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- Visualforce/ Lightning Components/ Aura Components
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems
- Desired knowledge on Platform Events
- Okay to work 50/50 ratio between SF Administration and Development work
- Ability to work US Daytime hours
