Salesforce Manual Consultant Testing1
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce CPQ functionality, ensuring the solution works as expected across different modules
- Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand the system requirements and expected behavior.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of the Salesforce CPQ application to ensure all features and integrations are working seamlessly.
- Identify, document, and track defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes or fixes do not impact existing functionality.
- Ensure that Salesforce CPQ meets the required business processes, quality standards, and compliance.
- Validate data integration between Salesforce CPQ and other systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) for end-to-end process testing.
- Communicate test results to stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews as part of an Agile development environment.
- Maintain test documentation and update test scenarios as requirements evolve.
