Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Apex coding, Lightning, and GoLang. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Utilize your expertise in GoLang to integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, extensions, and integrations.

• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and user manuals.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to deliver optimal solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Strong proficiency in GoLang and experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
