Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado.

Automate deployment, version control, and release management processes.

Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to ensure smooth releases.

Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize DevOps workflows.

Implement best practices for source control (Git-based branching strategies).

Maintain compliance, security, and governance in release processes.

Provide training and documentation on Copado deployment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps and Copado.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and deployment strategies.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and release cycles.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Copado Advanced Certifications (Copado Developer/Admin).

Experience with SFDX, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
