About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role involves managing, optimizing, and developing solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem to support business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, development, and integrations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, data model, and security.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) and Platform App Builder Certification.
- Work Flexibility: Open to working flexible hours across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Perform data imports, exports, and updates, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business requirements.
Development:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) as needed.
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and other programmatic solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools.
Flow Automation:
- Leverage Salesforce Flow Builder to create complex, scalable, and maintainable automation.
- Analyze existing automation processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing flows, ensuring optimal performance.
- Document automation designs, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption and usage of Salesforce features.
- Monitor Salesforce updates and releases, implementing new features and ensuring compatibility.
- Collaborate with IT and CRM teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.

This role is based in Pune and requires working from the office five days a week.
