About the Role

We're seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to help modernize and enhance an existing enterprise system that connects healthcare providers directly with millions of US veterans seeking clinical care. Our Salesforce Developer will work within an Agile environment and collaborate with other developers, product owners, test engineers, and architects. Our Salesforce developers will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices. Our ideal teammate would leverage their extensive experience to provide consultative guidance regarding how our clients might adopt new technologies or add new features to meet their business needs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop within Salesforce CRM platforms and demonstrate understanding of Salesforce data structures and how to implement them to fulfill complex process and reporting requirements
• Drive DevSecOps and CI/CD principles throughout Salesforce practice
• Contribute to multiple projects within Agile development methodologies and development best practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
• Test the stability and functionality of the application, as well as troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Maintain certifications and current knowledge of Salesforce platform advancements and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective
• Be active in evaluating and recommending new technologies to our DevSecOps and Salesforce Practice
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least three (3) years of industry experience as a Salesforce Developer with demonstrable knowledge and practical application of Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce APIs
• At least three (3) years of demonstrative experience with Salesforce lightning (LWC) and Salesforce Integration Exp 
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
• Proficient in SQL, Apex, LWC, Java and VisualForce
• Has general web development experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience committing code & metadata to git repositories and using Change Management tool, COPADO is a big plus
• Unique combination of being business-focused and highly analytical while also having a good technical background in LWC using JavaScript
• Ability to produce quality technical documentation and analysis
• Experience working with Federal agencies is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates will need to obtain Security Clearance of Public Trust once hired
