Who are we hiring?  

The Salesforce developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This role involves writing and enhancing Apex code, building, and improving complex flows, and creating/enhancing integrations with third-party systems to automate processes and augment functionality. The Salesforce developer will collaborate with the rest of the CRM team as well as business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the Salesforce environment supports efficient sales, service, and operational processes. Additionally, the Salesforce Developer is involved in testing, debugging, and deploying custom solutions while ensuring best practices in performance, security, and data integrity are followed.

What will you do? 

  • Responsible for SFDC Change Management and Source Control (Github).
  • Responsible for management of Salesforce deployment cycles. Experience with Salesforce CLI.
  • Provides advanced technical support and troubleshooting strategies for all sales and operations-related technology.
  • Responsible for integrations required within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience with integration methods/types (REST, SOAP).
  • Write, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Ensure that custom developments, including Apex code and Flows, are thoroughly tested, and documented before deployment.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to create, customize, and manage Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and streamline user interactions without code when possible.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and the system’s functionality.
  • Advanced SOQL/SOSL skills are preferred.
  • Experience with SFMC
  • Experience with CPQ
  • Data Cloud experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of Salesforce tools.

What do you need to succeed?  

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform
  • Force.com Certified Administrator Certification desired
  • Force.com Certified Developer Certification desired
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive and achieve results
  • Advance knowledge of GitHub deployment cycles and SFDX CLI commands
  • Ability to work both independently to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and open to learning new ways of working
  • Ability to be a reliable team member, capable of effective collaboration to achieve our shared goals across teams, departments, and companies
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, tailoring the message based on the purpose, audience, and channel
  • Ability to embrace change with a flexible mindset, even if the way forward isn’t clear
