To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a subject matter expert for Salesforce development, configuration, integration, and customization of fields, objects, and workflows. In addition, must also possess excellent communication skills and an ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the objectives and priorities are supported across the organization. Must be a collaborative and partner effectively to manage risks, solve complex problems and create successful outcomes that ensure an industry leading customer experience.
Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a salesforce developer
- Salesforce development and configuration experience with Sales Cloud is must , health cloud experience is good to have
- Experience Extensive knowledge of custom objects, Visual Force pages, Flows, APEX classes, triggers, APEX batch processes, Apex Web services, and APIs, Test Coverage classes, and JavaScript.
- Strong Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling including Salesforce.com SOQL, SOSL, and SQL query language.
- Experience in Salesforce Dev Console. Data Loader, Data Loader.io, Work Bench, Eclipse IDE.
- Experience in the design, development, and configuration of customized solutions on sales cloud, service cloud, force.com, and communities, using APEX API, Metadata API, Bulk API, Streaming API, Data.com API, and Force.com Platform.
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Sites.
- Certified Platform Developer II or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations and Application Development.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to effectively elicit, understand, and document complete and accurate business requirements.
- Ability to coordinate execution and testing of CRM related functionality.
- Ability to think critically and design solutions that are both flexible and scalable.
- Understanding of SDLC/Agile processes for delivered and custom-developed software.
- Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Administrator Certification a plus.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years’ experience in Saleforce
- Ability to work in a matrix team environment with both internal and 3rd party development teams (onshore / offshore).

- Working Time: India Shift from 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST
