Job Description: Salesforce Administrator
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and will be responsible for ensuring optimal configuration, customization, and integration within the Salesforce platform. This role requires proficiency in both the technical aspects of Salesforce, such as process automation, data management, and system integration, as well as the ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to drive effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Configuration & Customization:
- Configure Salesforce platform including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage features of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Customize and optimize the Salesforce environment to ensure scalability and usability.
- Data Management & Integration:
- Manage data migration, cleansing strategies, and implement best practices for data integrity within Salesforce.
- Experience with various integration patterns (REST, SOAP) and middleware, ensuring smooth data exchange between systems.
- Ensure data security and implement best practices in line with Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, roles).
- Business Analysis & Process Mapping:
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and document analysis to elicit business requirements.
- Lead process mapping and the creation of user stories to support Salesforce implementations.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current system functionality and desired business processes, proposing effective solutions.
- Reporting & Dashboards:
- Design and implement customized reports and dashboards to track key metrics and business performance.
- Ensure reporting features meet user needs and align with organizational goals.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure the system’s functionality aligns with business requirements and is of the highest quality.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Structured Query Language (SQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices, ensuring the platform is fully optimized for the business.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification.
- Strong understanding and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools.
- Experience with data migration, integration (REST, SOAP), and data security best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Proven experience in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and UAT processes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Location:This position is remote with flexibility for candidates based in LATAM.
