Requirements
- Lead Discovery sessions with clients to understand Business Requirements.
- Participate in design sessions with consultants and developers to clarify user needs and suggest user-friendly options.
- Analyze requirements and write appropriate user stories.
- Create supporting documentation for requirements.
- Develop knowledge of Business Processes across industry verticals and solutions.
- Understand and apply principles that enhance user experiences on applications.
- Create test plans and test cases, conduct testing to verify the completeness of developed solutions.
- Work on projects that span multiple technologies.
- Handle support requests with a high level of responsiveness to clients.
- Create training documentation and conduct user training sessions.
Required:
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst of CRM, ERP or other applications.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to work independently with direction from project and engagement managers and consultants.
- Reasonable understanding of the Salesforce product suite preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Be able to join immediately.
Desired:
- BA certification like CBAP, Salesforce BA, or something similar.
- Hands-on on JIRA or other tracking tools.
- Healthcare Domain experience.
