Marketing Automation Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform, as well as supporting various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud and other related technologies, combined with a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing channels integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including journey builder for emails, SMS, paid media targeting, webinars and web content management
- Utilize HTML and CSS to create visually appealing and responsive email templates, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and deploy email campaigns, set up customer journeys, and implement marketing automations.
- Develop and maintain complex scripts using SSJS, AMPscript, and SQL to enhance marketing automation processes and personalize customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including lead management, segmentation, and tracking.
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud insights to drive targeted and personalized customer experiences
- Understanding of Data integration set up in Azure data lake to troubleshoot data queries
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS with the ability to create and modify marketing assets.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email build, landing page build, journey setup, webinar, SMS and paid media integrations and automation setup.
- Strong technical skills in SSJS, AMPscript, and SQL for scripting and data manipulation.
- Experience with digital marketing principles, campaign management, and lead management.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Experience in providing Admin support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s).
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
