Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for providing architectural expertise, technical governance, and strategic guidance to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices. The Salesforce Architect will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to develop scalable, high-performing solutions and lead presales, implementation, and delivery efforts.
This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Core Cloud, AppExchange solutions, and integration strategies. Additionally, expats are welcome to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design:
- Lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops to define the Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical specifications.
- Provide best practice recommendations to clients, covering Salesforce features, overall system architecture, and CRM strategy.
- Define Salesforce roadmap and solution blueprinting, aligning business needs with Salesforce capabilities.
- Design and implement data integration, migration, and DevOps deployment strategies.
Technical Governance and Risk Management:
- Provide technical governance throughout the presales, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce development and deployment lifecycles, including sandbox management, licensing, deployment tools, and SFDX.
- Assess and recommend external technologies (e.g., Salesforce AppExchange solutions) based on suitability and business requirements.
- Manage risk assessment and trade-offs between out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and custom development.
Team Leadership and Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and successful project execution.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and consultants, establishing best practices and coding standards.
- Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plans.
- Conduct demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution presentations for stakeholders.
- Engage in practice development initiatives and run knowledge-sharing forums.
Project Execution and Business Growth:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver seamless Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and support account mining activities to generate additional revenue and business growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the scaling of Salesforce practice, ensuring the team’s capabilities align with market demands.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, presales, and execution of medium-to-large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and AppExchange solutions.
- Experience designing Customer Engagement solutions across various industries.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components).
- Expertise in Salesforce Sharing Security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Record Visibility.
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, web services (SOAP/REST/XML), WSDL, and WS- stack*.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development and deployment lifecycles.
- Knowledge of Web Development technologies (CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML) is an added advantage.
- Salesforce Architect Certification is required.
- MuleSoft certification is a strong advantage.
