Salesforce Architect
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet our organization's business needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including executive business leaders, developers, and administrators, to ensure that Salesforce solutions are scalable, aligned with business objectives, and incorporate industry best practices. Key aspects of this position include:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design of our custom Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Data Management: Critical to this role, you will implement CDP functionality for the first time and connect several commercial systems.
- Thoughtful Design: Ensure detailed and thoughtful design that incorporates best practices for data integrity and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: With our rapidly growing and relatively new team, strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.

- Commercial Stack Integrations: This role will impact nearly every aspect of our business, from new sales to compensation and analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Design custom solutions: Engage with stakeholders, executives, and users to translate business requirements into exemplary Salesforce solutions. Be prepared to articulate the benefits and risks incorporated in your design.
- Integration management: Own the design and implementation of Commercial stack integrations, including enterprise platforms and custom integrations. Devise and implement a governance system to monitor performance, track errors, and provide real-time alerts for critical system failures.
- Team collaboration: Partner with multiple, cross-functional, Agile teams to help meet/exceed our roadmap commitments. Be able to work successfully with partners who have varied degrees of technical knowledge.
- Documentation development: Product object schemas, process maps, system diagrams, logistical data models, and other documentation
Collaboration and Influence
- Cross-Functional Role: The Salesforce Architect role will partner with GTM System Admins, Marketing System Admins,
- Influencing Organizational Change: By being a subject matter expert on data integration strategy, the Salesforce Architect will have the opportunity to advocate for necessary changes that enhance the quality of our data and operational efficiency of our Commercial organization, thereby influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Active Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and system implementations
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce custom configurations using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong background in object-oriented analysis and design, database design, and software development lifecycle
- Strong background in data warehouse solutions, preferably Snowflake AI Data Cloud
- Experience with Agile, cross-functional teams
