The Salesforce Administrator’s role is to support core organizational functions and business processes and solve business problems by using and customizing the Salesforce.com platform. This includes building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver value to the business and enabling users to maximize the technology. The administration gathers and analyzes data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. The Administrator will be responsible for regular data uploads, generating and compiling reports as well as providing first line support for internal users on feature requests, problems and questions. The Administrator will work with other system administrators and enterprise system management to apply communication, analytical and problem solving skills to help maximize the benefit of these system investments.

 
Job Duties and Responsibilities

•    Maintain SFDC partnership and platform including renewal management and negotiations
•    Meet with decision makers, system owners and end users to define business, financial and operation requirements, and system goals
•    Identify and resolve system issues and escalations
•    Identify, plan, and implement new SFDC features and functions in response to business needs and because of new SFDC versions
•    Conduct new employee orientation and ongoing training sessions on SFDC to promote and support standard business practices, operations, and adoption
•    Perform tests, including end-user reviews; for modified and new systems, and other post implementation support
•    Develop and document all proposed changes to current workflow, in order to optimize processes within the organization
•    Research available applications for extension and improvement of Salesforce capabilities
•    Perform data management, including importing, exporting, and maintaining data integrity
•    Create and maintain reports and dashboards to help users and executives gain insights
•    Manage tool security and compliance requirements to ensure the protection of customer and business data
•    Make updates to approval workflows (as defined by sales/operations leaders)
•    Make updates to sales workflows and processes (as defined by sales/operations leaders)
•    Provide reporting and analytics (as needed/defined by sales/operations leaders)
•    Make updates to Conga Contracts for SFDC and Conga Sign (as defined by sales/operations leaders)
•    Make updates to sales orders and quote templates (as defined by sales/operations leaders)
•    Maintain and support SFDC integrations to other MEDHOST systems
•    Perform user profiling, management, and terminations
 
Job Requirements

•    A bachelor’s degree preferred
•    1-3 years experience with Salesforce administration and proof of certification required
•    Microsoft Office Suite - proficiency in Excel is a must, advanced skills desirable
•    Experience with data improvement and migration a plus
