It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will have the opportunity to be the primary owner of the Salesforce instance that supports our Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams in our growth and expansion initiatives. Additionally, you’ll partner closely with the RevOps team to ensure Beyond effectively and efficiently utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce.

As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Customizing Salesforce to meet evolving business needs, including building fields, automations, custom objects, and workflows. Identifying and implementing best practices and system optimizations to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Leading the technical design and architecture of CRM initiatives, focusing on data modeling, integration strategies, and custom development.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prioritizing and managing support requests and feature enhancements with front-line teams (e.g., BI team, Engineering, Revenue Operations) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with our Systems Manager to design, manage, and enhance our integrations with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability (e.g., Gong, Outlaw, Slack, Hubspot, Chili Piper).
  • Developing comprehensive documentation and collaborating with the RevOps team to deliver training, ensuring proper system usage and maximizing potential.
  • Serving as the expert escalation point for Salesforce-related issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and support.

So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? The person who will be successful in this role will be: 

  • Design with Impact: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce CRM initiatives, creating scalable solutions that drive data flows, system integration, and business automation.
  • Translate and Execute: Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements, transforming them into tailored Salesforce solutions that align with company goals.
  • Optimize Seamlessly: Collaborate with our Systems Manager to continuously improve and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise tools like Gong, Outlaw, Chili Piper, Hubspot, and Slack, ensuring smooth interoperability and system efficiency.
  • Prioritize Smartly: Efficiently manage and triage support and feature enhancement requests, ensuring that front-line teams and stakeholders have timely solutions that move the business forward.
  • Innovate Continuously: Identify system optimizations and workflow improvements, partnering closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and tool utilization.
  • Educate and Empower: Build comprehensive documentation and training programs to ensure teams use Salesforce to its full potential, driving system adoption and performance.


Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate: 

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience in a growing SaaS company. 
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required. Other certifications are a plus.
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and owning the integrations of our go-to-market tech stack. Hubspot experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management
  • Experience with APEX development is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce architecture and design patterns is a plus.
