With a growing European presence, we are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our TECH team.

Role Overview:

This role requires a deep knowledge of Salesforce, including expertise in Service Cloud (including good knowledge of Field Service), Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic perspective to the administration of our Salesforce environment, ensuring that we leverage the platform to its full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administration and support of Salesforce instances including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and flows.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce aligns with business processes and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Execute regular system audits to ensure data security and integrity.
• Lead the implementation of new functionalities and expansion of existing functionalities within the Salesforce platform.
• Provide training and support to Salesforce users.
• Manage Salesforce integration with other systems and Salesforce apps.
• Implement and support custom applications and Experience Cloud sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist).
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to implement and manage Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ projects.
• Experience with Salesforce Billing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Strong data management skills.
• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
