Now, we're looking for dynamic, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

🌐 This is a fully remote position.
You must be available to work a shift during our standard operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CT.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice of guidance—engage with prospective clients through inbound/outbound calls and email to deliver personalized insurance solutions.

  • Provide exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products, ensuring each client feels heard, supported, and protected.

  • Build meaningful relationships with agents and clients, becoming a trusted resource across email, phone, and web.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—bind policies, secure documentation and signatures, and ensure timely payment processing.

  • Track, measure, and report on performance metrics to maintain high service and compliance standards.

  • Apply your sales savvy to meet and exceed production goals, while delivering an outstanding customer experience every time.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

  • An active Property & Casualty (P&C) personal lines license is a must.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Pay Range:

  • $19.66- $29.04 per hour + sales incentive bonus. 

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
