Sales Team Leader
Salary potential: £80,000 a year (OTE)
Location – Leeds
£24,000pa guaranteed basic salary as well as an uncapped commission scheme.
As a guideline, our top performers usually earn more than £80,000! Successful Sales Team Leaders can typically earn between £50,000 and £65,000 per year.

Due to our continuous growth, we are now looking for experienced Sales Team Leaders to join our Company with the purpose of managing one of our field sales teams and lead them to success.

Your mission as a Team Leader:
- Manage & grow your team, oversee their performance and execute the sales plan
- Be accountable to achieve not only your individual but also your team’s sales targets
- Motivate team members and give them feedback in order to let them improve
- Build a team environment and help to develop sales stars of the future
- Live and breathe the Verisure Culture, as a key fundamental pillar of the Company
- Train and support salespeople in the team to help them to achieve monthly targets
- Convert warm leads provided into a sale and create opportunities for additional sales through referral generation. On average our call centre provides between 6 and 7 warm leads per month.
- Pursue Self-Sales opportunities and build your own network
- Ensure your team represent the brand and are fully compliant, working within company
guidelines and policies
We will provide you with warm leads + sales tools + continuous training to help you achieve your monthly sales target! Also, you will always have the support of your Branch Manager.
Requirements from a Sales Team Leader:
- Previous F2F Sales experience (2-3 years minimum)
- Cold canvassing experience is a plus
- Previous Team Management experience (>5 people)
- Commercial attitude and passion for sales
- Have a full manual driver’s license

Additionally, if successful you will be required to undergo a DBS check (cost absorbed by Verisure)
