Sales SupportAbout the Role
Ensure the correct settlement of the modern channel 's promotional activities and review the sell out commercial activities through data analysis and reports. This role must optimize the implementation of campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement and support key channel projects, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and working with the company's values and beliefs.
What You Will Do
Support to promotional activities of the drug stores channel with Credit Notes and invoices.
Tracking the implementation of promotional activities and visibility by brand (make a monthly report)
Prepare a competitiveness report (prices and promotions) of Pareto products per month.
Consolidate the input bases for the mobile application every month: promotions and visibility to send to the point of sale data analyst
Make trend graphs of the participation value, volume and share of shelf of the clients by category every month.
Export pre-sales and post-sales Pareto campaigns execute on the point sales of clients and send the kams for analysis every month.
Carry out weekly tracking of the stock out report; Additionally, to make alerts by location and send the kams
Provide support to the strategic projects of the main clients.
Comply with the company's behaviors and beliefs, in addition to the management guidelines related to the position.
