We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team. In this role, you would provide administrative support to the sales team. You would report to one of the Directors within sales. We would love to speak with you if have previous experience in Excel & sales administration / support.

2+ years of experience in sales administration / sales support / similar roles

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Proficient level of Excel

Proficient level of English language

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

Previous experience within Academia & Government space
What will you be doing in this role?

Provide professional support to sellers and sales opportunities.

Manage and update customer databases and sales records.

Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as detailed data analysis and report generation.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and documentation.

Manage complex requests from customers or from sellers on behalf of customers.
About the Team
The team supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, supporting sellers and managers, providing help with sales opportunities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations. Plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support throughout the sales process.
Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours would be EMEA working hours (10 am to 6 pm Serbian time, in order to align with US time zones).
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
