Are you passionate about making a real difference in the world? We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support impactful and structured change within our organization. 

 

What you’ll do at Elekta 

 

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible to support the effective and efficient execution of the commercial activities (Sales, Order Fulfillment, Customer Support) through use of appropriate processes, systems and communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

This role is performed in Belgium (Zaventem) and covers the FBL cluster (France- Belgium- Luxembourg). 

  

Responsibilities 

  • Support tendering process: analysis of the tender documents, define the tender team, manage tender documents, compliance to tender requirements, process 3rd parties (suppliers) solutions, upload data on eProcurement platform. 

  • Provide commercial support (“be the bridge”) between Sales, Order Fulfillment, Service, Suppliers and Customers. 

  • Responsible for customer order hand over to the Order Fulfillment team. 

  • Responsible for order quote generation, order processing and quote refresh in CRM (SalesForce CLM) in accordance with Account Managers. 

  • Provide financial admin support to Order Fulfillment, Service and Finance departments 

  • Responsible for Contract Risk and contract compliancy in accordance with Account Managers in CRM. 

  • Update CLM database (contacts, installed base, competition) in collaboration with Sales team 

  • Marketing support on administrative aspects 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as dictated by RA, QA and local country rules. 

  • Effectively work with FBL management and perform other related duties requested by the Country Managers. 

 

What you bring 

Essential 

  • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch, French and English 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to implement activities through influence and engagement of others 

  • Strong computer and administrative skills 

  • Strong analytical and excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with both internal and external stakeholders 

  • Proven ability to own and solve problems 

  • Personality based on strong ethical standard, values and good judgement 

  • Highly motivated/autonomous 

  • Good presentation skills. 

  • Demonstrates the Elekta values in the execution of tasks. 

  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team. 

Desirable 

  • Educated to degree or qualified by experience 

  • Experience and understanding of data-driven Sales, order fulfillment and services processes 

  • Experience of working with CRM/CLM systems
