The Role
PartnerHero is looking for talented folks to join our Sales Support teams. This role will be responsible for engaging with employers interested, and ensuring that their employees are aware of what they’re offering. You will be expected to contact all inbound leads quickly (occasionally even closing simpler sales), work on strategic projects and other sales reps, and assist with employee onboarding. We are interested in matching your unique skills, experience, and interests with one of our many Partners across a variety of industries including Edtech, eCommerce, Fintech, Health and Wellness, and more. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with prospect within corporations and foundations to identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects to drive the sales pipeline.
- Utilize sales technology tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.) to optimize outreach efforts and track engagement.
- Identify business challenges faced by prospects and position the company’s solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with Leaders to develop and execute lead-nurturing strategies for long-cycle sales prospects.
- Provide prompt, accurate responses to prospect inquiries, demonstrating industry expertise and professionalism.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's platform, its features, and how it solves key challenges for corporate and nonprofit organizations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
What We Expect From You:
- 6+ months of experience in sales or related roles
- Proficiency in email management and familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Front, Notion, and Twilio,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to meet tight timelines and attention to detail
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb partner culture, processes, and policies
- Ability to produce thorough and complete documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as a contributing team member
- Excellent listening skills and a commitment to communicate clearly, completely, and on time
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional skills in partnering with partners and staff in developing and maintaining long-term supportive relationships
- Willingness to accept coaching to remove barriers to effective working relationships
