Job Description

Working in close partnership with the corporate leadership and sales teams across Australia, the Sales Support and Reporting Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, insights, and sales support to the SEEK Corporate Sales segment.

Key responsibilities 

  • Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations, including annual account reviews and strategic proposals
  • Support the preparation of quarterly business reviews and market insights reports
  • Maintain market trends and insights library, creating standardised templates and presentations for sales team use
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Analytics, Product, Commercial) to gather and present relevant insights
  • Provide scheduled reporting and reactive bespoke reporting for our customers and the sales team
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of and sales leadership team, including meeting organisation, travel booking and expense management
  • Coordinate and execute customer events, including venue management, invitations, and technical setup for Sydney office.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High level analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data
  • Previous experience and strong understanding of data visualisation tools
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting high-profile client portfolios within a sales environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in coordinating events and client engagements.
