Job Description
Working in close partnership with the corporate leadership and sales teams across Australia, the Sales Support and Reporting Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, insights, and sales support to the SEEK Corporate Sales segment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations, including annual account reviews and strategic proposals
- Support the preparation of quarterly business reviews and market insights reports
- Maintain market trends and insights library, creating standardised templates and presentations for sales team use
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Analytics, Product, Commercial) to gather and present relevant insights
- Provide scheduled reporting and reactive bespoke reporting for our customers and the sales team
- Provide administrative support to the Head of and sales leadership team, including meeting organisation, travel booking and expense management
- Coordinate and execute customer events, including venue management, invitations, and technical setup for Sydney office.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High level analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data
- Previous experience and strong understanding of data visualisation tools
- Demonstrated experience in supporting high-profile client portfolios within a sales environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in coordinating events and client engagements.
