As a Sales support - Intern you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Supports the sales organization to develop or validate Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time
  • Supports the management of contracts and commercial agreements, store contracts in ICON and set and book rebates in the systems
  • Develops standard reports and commercial analysis to support the sales performance management Operational
  • Support the sales organization, internal and external, in the development or validation of Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in a time
  • Adhere to the quote/deal/pricing/promotion process, including the pricing compliance policy
  • Support sales plan management including phase in-phase out and promotion alignment
  • Support the Agents management including compliance and performance process (where required) Financial.

  • Drive for high levels of customer satisfaction, execute activities to improve collaboration with customer.
  • Activate the qualification activity of Leads People
  • Support Sales with Training and performance management of the quoting process
