Essential duties:
- For the Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors on designated team(s), serve as the primary contact for key sales support activities, including:
o Assist with Salesforce quoting and pricing in the marketplace
o Assist in sales opportunity management for forecasting with upper management
o Coordinate complex customer fulfillment projects
o Support Sales Team with internal processes and forms (DTBS, DOR, S&H, etc.)
o Work in tandem with customer service team and sales team to provide a high-quality customer experience
o Provide front line support to the sales team for all internal data systems.
- Support Sales and SSC teams with internal processes and forms such as mock-ups, Stock and Holds, Dealer to be Selected, Commission Adjustments and Dealer of Record
- Assist with submittal documentation (spec sheets, warranty, etc) and samples
- Work to ensure data integrity by reviewing orders and lining up with SF opportunities.
- Process requests for business cards, UPS labels and company store materials
- Perform Other duties as assigned by Sales Support Manager
This position can be based anywhere in the US.
Educational requirements:
HS/GED is required
A College Degree is preferred
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Sales or administrative positions supporting the Sales team
- Ability to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create a positive customer experience; optimistic can-do perspective
- Demonstrate capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks/priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Desire to work within a team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- 1-2 years experience using Salesforce preferred but not required
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn:
o JD Edwards
o PowerBI
o Various Syndicated Lead Platforms
