About the Role

Right now, we are looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at the Central America and Caribbean region to help us drive exponential growth at our innovative health and medical solutions. The person in this role will be responsible for promotion and sales of the medical products portfolio in identify accounts/clients following established procedure and guidelines in assigned geographic area, to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing customers. 

What You Will Do

  • Prepare short and long-range sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach nominated targets, monitor and adapt sales activities on regular basis so the objectives can be meet

  • Negotiate plan and conditions with customer

  • Visit existing customers, doctors, nurses, medical key opinion leaders and prospects according guidelines and existing sales processes

  • Introduce new products/solutions to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients to drive sales expansion and response customers inquiries

  • Conduct appropriate training/consultancy

  • Continuously build market knowledge gathering customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.

  • Properly report visits and activities using CRM system

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Network Communications, Medicine, Health Care or relevant field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales/business development in Pharmacy or Medical Devices.

  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare industry, competing vendors, and the channel. Dimensions include competitive positioning.

  • At least two years of experience in B2B business managing distributors.

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

  • Availability to travel outside the country 80% of the time.

  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
