Sales Specialist (Entry Level)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Help manage all commercial deliverables, tasks and negotiations for accounts with regard to pricing, sales orders, payments, invoices, monthly/yearly volume projections.
- Help manage volume changes, daily/weekly/monthly/yearly projections throughout overall SCM.
- Coordinate with office managers and headquarters to proactively manage and address customers' needs, requests, procedures, expectations, and other communications
- Assist in planning and execution of strategies to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
- Help build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and their representatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in sales, marketing management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Korean language proficiency required (this position requires direct communication with entities in Korea)
- 1+ years of manufacturing industry experience or hands-on SAP ERP experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing accounts in automotive and/or EV battery industries (or related industries)
- Automotive OEM account management experience is greatly preferred
