Job Title:             Sales Specialist - Data Analytics, Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics Overlay

Location:             UK Ideally Midlands based with regular travel

Salary:                 From £50,000 + Car Allowance + OTE

Contract type:    Permanent  


About the role

As a key player in our sales team, this is a new role where you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through introduction to existing ARO customers and by engaging new potential clients. You’ll be instrumental in providing tailored, data-driven solutions that empower businesses to enhance their operational efficiency and decision-making. This is your opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with clients, make a tangible impact, and grow within a rapidly expanding company.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales specialist to engage with an already established client base and provide new technology solutions. Your client base will include enterprise and established Public Sector clients

You will be a self-starter with knowledge and experience in these technologies to be able to confidently articulate the benefits of these solutions.

Please note that this is a home based role with weekly national travel to customer meetings. You will also be required to collaborate with teams in other ARO offices.

A full UK driving license is essential for this role  

What you’ll do

  • Drive sales growth for data analytics, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dynamics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demos, and create detailed proposals.
  • Continuously grow your product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain high levels of client engagement and retention.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and expand your influence.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dynamics overlay, demonstrating the value of these technologies to clients. 
  • Develop strategies to retain existing customers by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.


Requirements
What we are looking for?

Essential: 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales in data analytics, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dynamics solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dynamics overlay and a commitment to keeping up to date 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • A Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle

Desirable: 

  • Experience in market research and analysis.
  • Good relationships with Microsoft to leverage their support
