About the Position:
As the Sales Solutions Lead, you will be working as part of newly created Solutions team. You will coordinate and execute critical aspects of the Delivery Strategy & Solutions strategy, ensuring our solutions are responsive to client needs and challenge industry norms.
This role within the Delivery Strategy & Solutions team will focus on coordinating, preparing, and executing client related materials globally. The successful person will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with partners across the company.
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage people as needed to deliver high-level, timely work product.

Collaborate with internal partners to improve processes.

Solutions Responsibilities
-
Interact with sales and account leadership on identified needs for new or existing clients to prepare materials and plans.

Prepare, coordinate and manage finalization of high-quality client-facing sales presentations. Maintain documentation and organize historical files of materials provided as part of the sales / client acquisition process.

People Management
-
Oversee junior team members and their work product, as assigned.

Participate in and provide meeting minutes for periodic vendor management meetings with clients, participate in internal and client sales meetings and provide ad-hoc support to Sales where required.

Collaborate and support additional Delivery Strategy & Solutions functions including Pricing and Transition Management as needed to ensure seamless delivery.

Provision client requested due diligence documentation including compliance related documentation, toolkits, billing system profiles and configuration, and additional client or company needs.

Interact with Client Operations Group on engagement setup to ensure the Delivery teams are well equipped to offer excellent client service and interaction at the start of relationships.

Managing onboarding plans, timelines and task owners, both internal and external facing.

Identifying and escalating any roadblocks that could hinder target timelines or goals and identifying operational design solutions to make business flow better.

Providing recommendations to optimize the client/company onboarding process in line with the Company's spirit of continuous improvement.
Required qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree level of education or higher in accounting, finance, business or related field.

Five or more years of relevant professional experience or a combination of experience including sales administration, project management, operations management and banking with large complex companies.

Prior experience in a professional consulting company

Subject matter expertise in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / or Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Proven project management experience.

Experience preparing proposals in PowerPoint, including advanced PowerPoint design and formatting skills

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Seven or more years of relevant experience.

Prior client relationship development experience.

Experience using HubSpot software.
