Position Overview:

Zenoti is growing our Fintech offerings to include buy now pay later, instant tip card payouts and payroll services. This position will work closely with marketing and client teams to upsell Fintech add on services to Zenoti’s already strong user base. You will be part of a team that has seen 30%+ annual revenue growth in financial services. Zenoti’s customers are excited to learn and use more services that help them manage their business, you will be in a position to educate clients on how these new services can benefit their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Webinars: Conduct target product webinars to educate on the value of Zenoti’s fintech solutions.
  • Client Demos: Support sales and client services teams in client demos of the Fintech product suite.
  • Pipeline Management: Assist in keeping CRM pipeline up to date with fintech upsell opportunities.
  • Hours of Working: With 80%+ of existing clients in the United States, this position will provide coverage for both EST and PST US time zones.  

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in banking, payments, consulting, or other business-related function in a payments fintech, banking or payments provider setting. 4+ years of sales or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in selling or solution consulting in a B2B and B2B2C environment.
