Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.

Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements:
-
A minimum of three years of achievement-oriented sales experience in the dental field, or more experience in the medical device field.

Strong communication and selling skills.

Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc).

Cold-call and prospecting capabilities.

Strong problem-solving attitude.
-
Able to work well with peers and across functions.

Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools).

Able to work under pressure.

Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager's direction, market requirements and customer needs.

Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred.

Able to lead by example.
Weekly Time Allocation guidelines:
-
½ day office
-
Five visits per day (individual and dual visits)
-
50% existing customers
-
50% prospective customers
-
Follow CVM recommendations on the number of visits for each customer segments.
