Job Description:
Likewize is searching for a Sales Representative, Secondary Markets to join our team at our global headquarters in Southlake, TX. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue by connecting with businesses, managing the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the success of our refurbished and resale device initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Identify and connect with businesses looking to sell their used devices for refurbishment and resale.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, driving the entire sales process from initial contact to completion.

Present and explain our services to potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Negotiate pricing and terms for device buybacks, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Manage existing customer accounts while generating new business opportunities from existing leads and contacts.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing, refurbishment, and delivery of devices.

Proactively maintain knowledge of the wireless industry and handset, accessory, and emerging device manufacturers.

Track and document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Reach and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue, profit, and inventory-aging goals aligned with the company’s strategy.

Contribute to process improvements, recommend efficiencies, and align overall business growth goals.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience

At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field (B2B experience preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting targets.

Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized.

Creativity in both presentation materials and communication style.

Basic understanding of tech devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Knowledge of domestic/global mobile device industry and supply chain processes is a plus.
