POSITION OVERVIEW
Within the assigned area, attracts new clients, wins new accounts, and maximizes profitability. The Sales Representative will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads and building long-term relationships. The Sales Representative works to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Sales representative marine also contribute to the active production of sales tool and cooperate with the other department in Hyva organization to develop the marine product line and the proper market communication.
The direct report to the global product manager cranes allow to establish a quick communication on synergies within the hyva group.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out commercial activities focused on sales and customer acquisition on a specific Hyva product (range)
- Sells AmcoVeba Marine cranes
- Takes care of existing customers and recruits new customers;
- Visits customers on a recurring basis to take any initiative necessary to improve customer satisfaction and maximize Company profitability;
- Makes price agreements and agreements on delivery and payment terms;
- Cooperate with the sales force present in the Hyva group to enlarge sales network.
Handles orders
- Tunes and monitors the deliveries and support customer service to provvide relevant information to the key customers
- Provides product and pricing information to key customers.
Informs and supports BU cranes organization
- Assists with preparation of the annual plan for the marketing area;
- Gathers and records operating market information for the department;
- Maintains records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts;
- Monitors the Company’s industry competitors, new products and market conditions.
- Share product info and customers demand with product manager, R&D and Quality
Informs the sales department of sales progress
- Keeps informed of developments in the market and reports these to the direct report and BU leader.
