Reportant au Directeur de région, vous êtes en charge de la vente et de la promotion des produits et services à forte valeur ajoutée auprès des pharmacies officinales.

Le secteur couvre les départements suivants : Lyon, Saint-Etienne, Clermont Ferrand

 
Principales responsabilités : 

  • Développer le CA et la part de marché du secteur.
  • Créer un maillage sectoriel entre les différents professionnels de santé. 
  • Délivrer méthodiquement et rigoureusement le suivi administratif/reportings des visites et du développement du secteur.
  • Participer aux évènements nationaux/internationaux.

Profil Recherché

  • Capacité pour évoluer dans une entreprise en mode start up (flexibilité, agilité…)
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et force de proposition
  • Ce poste nécessite d’être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, CRM…). 
  • Bon niveau d’anglais
  • Permis B obligatoire

What You’ll Do: As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in shaping diabetes care:

  • Be the driving force behind promoting and selling our high-value diabetes products to retail pharmacies (90%) and hospitals/private diabetologists (10%).
  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, hospital department heads, and key opinion leaders.
  • Own your territory by managing revenue and market share, developing strategies to grow our presence.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and symposiums to increase product visibility and network with healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical groups to enhance market penetration and support our product range.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Open to junior profiles with a passion for sales and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Strong prospecting skills, an analytical mindset, and an innovative approach.
  • Comfortable with IT tools like Excel, Salesforce, Concur, and more.

Competitive base salary + 30% variable performance bonus.
