Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas:
- Promover y vender los productos y servicios de Medtronic dentro de un área geográfica y/o cuentas específicas para cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas.
- Desarrollar, fortalecer y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con profesionales de la salud y distribuidores.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio a través de la prospección de clientes y el análisis de necesidades.
- Brindar asesoramiento y capacitación sobre los productos a los clientes para maximizar su uso y beneficios.
- Realizar estudios de mercado, incluyendo el análisis de actividades de la competencia y tendencias del sector.
- Implementar estrategias de desarrollo de mercado y realizar ajustes según sea necesario.
- Recoger y comunicar la retroalimentación de los clientes sobre productos, nuevas necesidades o modificaciones a las áreas internas relevantes como R&D, Operaciones y Marketing.
Conocimientos y experiencia necesarios:
- Carrera universitaria concluida (Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Ciencias de la Salud, Ingeniería Biomédica o área relacionada)
- Ingles Avanzado
- Se valora experiencia en ventas de dispositivos médicos, productos farmacéuticos o tecnologías para el manejo del dolor
- Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar
- Deseable experiencia entrando a quirófano
- Experiencia en el uso y manejo del paquete de office: Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook
