Our direct sales team in EMEA is looking for talented, tech-savvy professionals, with persistence, passion and a customer service focus. If you can build positive relationships with customers and help them with their sales or service-related questions, join our team as a Technical Sales Manager (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in our Berlin office. We are looking for talented, goal-driven professionals who will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers, creating and utilizing outreach strategies, and identifying and closing sales opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and communicate with qualified leads
  • Proactively nurture and grow existing accounts
  • Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Effectively articulate Formlabs’ value proposition and product range
  • Understand customer demand and consult on additive manufacturing solutions
  • Organize regular customer meetings to ensure customer delight and actively drive account growth
  • Attending trade shows and participating in internal customer events
  • Collaborate with your team to drive pipeline and growth
  • Listen to customers and provide regular customer feedback

About You:

  • Fluency in German and high level of English (C1 or business proficiency)
  • Have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles
  • Strong interest in B2B sales
  • Have an affinity for avant-garde technologies and/or engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
  • Ready to learn and open for constructive feedback
  • Persistent and have a “never give up” attitude
  • Well-prepared and detail-oriented
  • Achievement-oriented, hungry to succeed
