Topcon Healthcare is looking to offer an internship program from June 2, 2025, until August 14, 2025. This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. As a Sales Representative Intern at Topcon Healthcare Inc., you will play a crucial role in promoting our service contracts, preventive maintenance, and asset management solutions to current and potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team, helping drive business growth and supporting customer relationships by highlighting the value of our service offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for contacting customers daily to offer service contracts, preparing a list of potential customers, and encouraging ongoing business engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a list of potential customers to target for service contracts, preventive maintenance services, and asset management solutions.

Contact current and potential customers daily to offer and promote service contracts, preventive maintenance services, and asset management solutions.

Support the sales team in identifying new leads and generating sales opportunities for service offerings.

Participate in customer meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the value of Topcon’s services.

Research and identify market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase service contract sales.

Assist in tracking sales activities and progress using CRM tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, coordinating service offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the preparation of proposals, contracts, and pricing documents for prospective clients.

Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer retention.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in sales, healthcare services, and business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A passion for helping customers and delivering value through service solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or experience in sales, healthcare, or customer service.

Familiarity with service contracts, preventive maintenance, and asset management in a business context.

Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry and its operational needs.
Base Pay:
Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
