We are looking for an experienced Sales & Relationship Management professional to support the Exchange Institutional Relationship Management team.


Key responsibilities 

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the financial services sales & relationship management desk which services both VIP/ high networth individual and Institutional customers of Bullish DE

  • Work closely with the financial services management team and Global Head of Sales to segment and tier customers, identify growth opportunities, then build and execute on sales/customer strategy

  • Identify and reach out to new customer leads, primarily in the European markets

  • Maintain and manage ongoing customer relationships

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a first-class manner, ensuring adequate follow-up and resolution of problems in a professional, timely, and efficient manner

  • Stay on top market and industry trends

  • Provide customer feedback and generate ideas for new product/offerings

  • Continually generating ideas - ideas that add value for customers, ideas that add value for the team, ideas that add value to the business

  • Regularly write/produce market commentary that is distributed to customers

  • Ensure relevant customer data and intel is updated in the CRM system

  • Work on ad-hoc projects related to strategic business development opportunities

Experience & qualifications 

  • Solid and relevant financial services sales experience

  • Bachelor degree minimum, with preferences in Business, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field

  • Previous crypto-specific experience in sales, relationship management, and/or business development highly preferred

  • Institutional sales or institutional business development experience preferred

  • Sound understanding of crypto and traditional financial products

  • Relevant management experience with team management responsibilities preferred

  • Demonstrable track record of client relationship building and management

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly independent

  • Quick to learn and resourceful in approaching new challenges or subject knowledge

  • Able to quickly identify and resolve problems

  • Team player

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, German language is strongly preferred.

  • The successful applicant must be eligible to work in the member states of the EU.
