Job Description
What will you be doing?
You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Independent Sales Consultants channel by identifying, qualifying and on-boarding prospective self-employed sales consultants. You will be responsible for creating and initially nurturing the relationship with them whilst setting them for success via our onboarding process. Day-to-day you will also be responsible for:

Design, develop, implement and refine comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled and motivated self-employed salespeople

Utilise an omni-channel approach, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, industry events and direct approach to source and engage with potential candidates

Conduct thorough screening and assessment processes to identify individuals who align with our company's values and objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for recruited salespeople

Work closely with internal teams to co-ordinate the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and success stories, to showcase the benefits and unique selling points of our services

Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovative marketing campaigns
Qualifications
What are we looking for?

Proven experience in volume recruitment, preferably in sales or partnership roles

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make informed decisions

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Familiarity with the payments industry and related value-added services is a plus
-
Knowledge of partnership marketing strategies and techniques is a plus

On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn uncapped commission with typical on-target earnings of £60,000
