We are now looking for a Sales Project Enablement Intern to support our Sales Enablement team starting on January 2025 for 6 months

About the Sales Enablement Team:

Our Sales Enablement team is strategically supporting Mirakl’s growth, and is dedicated to driving predictable sales results by equipping our sales professionals with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to excel. Through comprehensive enablement services—ranging from sales certifications and training programs to cutting-edge tools and content—we empower sales teams to consistently deliver value in every interaction. As part of this team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to work across borders with specialists based in France, Spain, and the United States, and directly impact the success of a fast-growing global organization.


Your Role:

Ready to take on a meaningful challenge? Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Sales Enablement Intern:


1. Sales Enablement Support

  • Partner with the team on diverse enablement projects, contributing to high-impact initiatives that support the global salesforce.
  • Create and refine engaging sales training materials and certifications, including presentations, interactive modules, and resources.
  • Edit and produce quality video content for training, including webinar recordings, ensuring they align with brand standards and enhance learning experiences.
  • Manage and organize our Content Management System (CMS) to elevate user experience and boost adoption, curating a mix of different assets types such as podcasts, articles, videos, presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Develop learning guides, interactive resources, and knowledge-sharing materials that support continuous learning and team growth.
  • Use AI tools and technology to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve content delivery, helping to modernize our enablement processes.

2. Data-Driven Insights & Strategy

  • Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of our tools and certifications.
  • Identify trends and skill gaps, and recommend targeted improvements that keep our enablement strategies on the cutting edge.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually measure and optimize our sales enablement initiatives, aligning efforts with business goals.


3. Events Management

  • Work cross-functionally with international teams—spanning Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Acceleration, and HR—to drive impactful internal projects, such as the Global Sales Kick Off.
  • Support the organization of internal training events, from boot camps to webinars, and onboarding sessions that fuel team engagement and productivity. 


Requirements:

  • You have a deep interest in groundbreaking technology and innovative solutions
  • You are at ease working within a highly motivated, international teams in a fast paced organization
  • English has no secrets for you (both oral and written communication), Spanish, Italian or French is a plus
  • You are proficient in Excel & Powerpoint and you are eager to learn new tools
  • You are a creative problem-solver, able to work well independently and collaboratively and know how to handle challenging business situations.
  • You are detail-oriented and have very strong analytical & project management skills
  • You are not afraid of what you don't know, but instead you feel motivated to learn and to challenge yourself

Compensations & Benefits:

  • Internship grant : From 1200 to 1400€
  • Location : Paris
