As our global footprint and customer base continue to grow, we are looking for the Sales Process Specialist to join our team in Warsaw to support UL's sales professionals in administrative tasks including: quote generation, order processing and booking, and post-sales support for our clients from Consumer, Medical & Information Technologies (CMIT) industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engages mostly internally with sales representatives located in Europe via telephone or emails to address inquiries and admin-related activities.
  • Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
  • Works within standard operating procedures under supervision to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
  • Processes quotes into Orders using our ERP system.
  • Supports account managers & SE/ISEs by performing admin-related tasks.
  • Tracks account history and supply data to facilitate deeper knowledge of account and opportunities.
  • Collaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure that the customer receives a proper message to ensure complete understanding and results requested.
  • Builds an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engage internal personnel to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve ULS' customer experience.
  • Meets established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities presenting a strong customer focus and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma.
  • English and German proficiency is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
  • Work experience related or similar to the position (preferably: sales and/or customer service experience).
  • Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes.
  • Experience managing internal systems and data sources.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.

We can provide comprehensive and applicable safety and regulatory requirements support for innovative products and technologies, provide pre conformance testing at the design and development stage to identify potential compliance problems, and formulate targeted testing plans for all target markets. UL Solutions' CMIT business has helped many manufacturers improve product safety, comply with regulations and industry requirements, bring innovative technologies and electronic products to the market, and meet consumers' requirements for product reliability and performance.
