About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Associate to drive business growth through client acquisition, partnership management, and sales operations. This role requires a blend of sales, strategic networking, and operational management, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct meetings, pitch company services, and negotiate agreements to close high-value deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and trade shows to generate leads.

Partnerships & Strategic Alliances

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure partnership agreements and ensure mutual success.
  • Continuously research market trends to identify potential partners and revenue-generating opportunities.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Oversee agreement signing, contract management, and compliance for new partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and platform analysis to refine sales strategies and target the right audience.
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor team performance and optimize sales processes.
  • Manage and update the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial accountability.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales playbooks, team structures, and performance benchmarks.

Recruitment & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in interviews and recruitment to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and client engagement efforts.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships.

Networking & Relationship Management: Comfortable engaging with senior executives and industry professionals.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Experience in market research, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Operational Expertise: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and performance tracking metrics.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to craft compelling sales pitches and present to stakeholders confidently.
