As a Sales Operations Specialist at Infobip you will play a critical role in driving the success of the Sales and Revenue team by ensuring accurate target setting, evaluating sales forecasts, and delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making for senior leadership. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for optimizing sales processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with quality control and assurance by auditing tickets, responses, and resolutions for CRM.

  • Manage escalated customer issues by coordinating communication between internal departments.

  • Help develop and implement processes for various customer service activities.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives related to process optimization, sales cycle and CRM.

  • Monitor KPIs and report performance revenue metrics for senior leadership in the region and HQ.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish sales targets for the team, analyzing the historical data and market trends to inform quota allocation and goal-setting processes.

  • Review and analyze sales forecasts to ensure accuracy and identify risks or opportunities. Supporting regional leadership with regular reporting and insights on sales performance.

  • Prepare dashboards and reports to guide leadership in making strategic decisions.

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on sales performance and market conditions as needed.

  • Calculate sales team commissions and bonuses in alignment with company policies and goals.

  • Ensure transparency and accuracy in compensation structures, including the communication of changes.

  • Lead initiatives to optimize CRM usage, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Act as the primary liaison for communicating updates and enhancements to the CRM platform. Be the bridge among HQ team and regional team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role within a technology company.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to manage and improve workflows.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficient in English (nice to have Spanish and/or Portuguese)
